What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and debit cards.
Debit card transactions of any amount are subject to a $2.99 processing fee. There is an ATM onsite, also with a $2.99 processing fee.
We accept Visa gift cards, as long as they are eligible for cash advance and can be used to withdraw cash from an ATM. Visa gift cards that are unable to withdraw cash from an ATM can not be accepted.
At this time, we are not able to accept credit cards of any kind.
Do you sell gift cards?
No, we are not currently offering gift cards at this time. However, this may be something we offer in the future.
Do you carry __________?
We recommend checking our menu before your visit for an up-to-date list of what’s in stock. The menu changes several times throughout the day, as we are always selling out of products and bringing in new ones.
If you are looking for something specific and don’t see it on our menu, please let us know. Our friendly and knowledgeable budtenders may be able to recommend a similar product or put a re-stock request in with our managers.
What is your return policy?
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase and with a receipt. Products must be defective to be returned. All returns are at the manager’s discretion.
Do you accept medical cards or honor medical pricing/discounts?
Unfortunately, we are a recreational-only dispensary and cannot accept medical cards or make tax-exempt sales of any kind.
For this same reason, we can only allow adults aged 21+ to visit our dispensary.
What counts as a valid form of ID?
The forms of photo ID we accept are: drivers licenses, RMV-issued identification cards, passports (U.S. and non-U.S.) or passport cards, and military IDs.
Out of state drivers licenses and identification cards are acceptable as long as they are valid and not expired. We are unable to accept any paper or otherwise temporary forms of identification, which includes photographs or copies.
If you are unsure of whether or not your ID will be accepted, just give us a call in advance.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Nope! We are no longer taking appointments. You can come by at any time during business hours to place a walk-in order.
You may also choose to place an order online in advance for in-store pickup. Pickup time slots may be limited due to availability.
Online ordering kiosks are available in the dispensary for your convenience. However, you may also choose to place your order in-person with one of our friendly budtenders, especially if you’d like a personalized recommendation.
Do you have a rewards program?
No, unfortunately we do not offer any sort of rewards program at this time.
