I cannot say enough good things about Smyth. They have a great selection of products, and the staff is so friendly & knowledgeable. Especially Tyler. I came looking for a topical for my 71 year old Mother who has AWFUL arthritis in her hands. I chatted with Tyler a bit, and he knew EXACTLY what to suggest and gave me the best advice on how to use the balm I was purchasing. The balm worked WONDERS!! I will be coming back regularly (to restock) and recommending Smyth to my friends and family too!! 🙂

David helped me and I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service he provided me. Very informative and very welcoming. He has top notch customer service skills.
